Meet Uncle Mungo's Brown Sugar Bourbon — a sweet, smooth and smoky spice rub that brings a touch of the deep south to your cook.

The flavour

Brown sugar sweetness (50%) leads, smooth bourbon essence and warming cumin, paprika and garlic follow. Rich, mellow and moreish, with no real heat.

How to cook with it

  • Rubbed onto brisket low and slow
  • Pressed into burgers and ribs
  • Dusted over wings before the grill
  • Caramelised onto pork belly
