Shipping Options and Costs:

We offer two shipping options within Australia: Standard or Express, just select at checkout.

We offer one shipping option for New Zealand: Standard International.

Within Australia only we offer FREE standard shipping for orders totalling $100 or more.

All shipping options are based on weight and charged accordingly to the Australia Post Packaging and Parcel guidelines. All shipping costs will be automatically calculated and displayed during the checkout process based on your order total.

Order Processing and Shipment:

We strive to ship out your items promptly to ensure timely delivery.

Order processing occurs within 24hrs once your order is placed and we will endeavour to ship your items on the next business day after. In some cases, it may take an additional day (day 2) for us to process and ship your order.

Tracking and Notifications:

Once your order has been processed, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number via the Australia Post App to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Additionally, we will send you notifications regarding your order, including confirmation of shipment and any delays or issues that may arise. We encourage you to regularly check the tracking information for any updates on the status of your delivery.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes:

Please note that our operations are based in Melbourne, and the delivery time may vary depending on the distance from Melbourne to your location.

The following timeframes are provided as a general guide for metro locations. Please keep in mind that delivery to regional areas may take slightly longer due to logistical factors.

The following timeframes are to be used as a guide and based on when your items are physically dropped off with Australia Post, booked into their processing centre and reliance on their shipping services:

- NSW / VIC: 1-3 business days

- QLD: 2-4 business days

- SA / TAS: 2-4 business days

- WA / NT: 5+ business days

- NZ: 6+ business days

Please note that while we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or transportation disruptions may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
