How to use it

• Brush it onto ribs in the last 15–20 minutes for a sticky, lacquered finish.
• Toss cooked wings in it for a deep, glossy coat.
• Glaze pork belly or a ham off the hottest heat so the sugars don’t scorch.
• Slather it into a pulled-pork roll or a burger.
