Uncle Mungo's Smoked Maple Garlic is a tantalising spice rub built on hickory smoked sugar, maple and robust garlic — sweet smoke for your next cook.
The flavour
Sugar and maple syrup bring the sweetness, robust garlic and onion the savoury backbone, and hickory smoke essence the depth, with just a touch of cayenne for a whisper of warmth. Sweet up front, smoky on the finish.
How to cook with it
- Rubbed onto ribs and brisket
- Pressed into burgers
