Taippan BBQ's Galapagos Gold is a subtle, all-natural seafood rub that lifts fish and prawns without ever overpowering them. Made in Australia — the seasoning that lets a good fillet stay the star.
The flavour
Fresh dill and chives lead, a whisper of garlic and paprika sits underneath, and bright lemon peel lifts the finish. Clean, herby and gentle — exactly what delicate seafood wants.
How to cook with it
- Oil a whole fish or fillet, season lightly, then grill hot and fast so it stays juicy.
- Toss raw prawns or calamari in oil and a good pinch, then flash them on a screaming plate.
