Simple, spicy and full of flavour — Jalapeño Salt is the shaker that never quite makes it back to the cupboard. Bright green flecks, a clean salt hit and a real jalapeño kick that wakes up anything it lands on.
The flavour
Clean sea salt up front, then the jalapeño builds — grassy, green and genuinely hot at 8/10. Not smoky, not sweet; just salt and chilli doing exactly what you want them to.
How to cook with it
- Shower over fried eggs, avo toast and breakfast spuds
- Hit hot chips, wedges and corn on the cob straight out of the oil
- Finish tacos, nachos, guac and grilled chicken with a green kick
- Rim a margarita or michelada for a spicy edge

A fine, green-flecked salt — free-flowing and quick to scatter. Looks the business on anything pale (eggs, rice, fries) and smells like fresh-cut jalapeño the second you pop the lid. Heat sits at a genuine 8/10.

How hot is it?
A genuine 8/10 — a proper jalapeño bite. It is a finishing salt, so use it sparingly at the table rather than as a rub.
What is it best on?
Fried eggs, hot chips, corn on the cob, tacos, nachos, guacamole and grilled chicken. Anything pale that needs waking up.
Is it smoky?
No. This is the green, grassy, fresh-chilli one. If you want smoke, the Chipotle Salt is the other half of the pair.
Can I cook with it or only finish?
Finishing is where it shines — the flavour is brightest scattered on at the end. It also works rimmed on a margarita or michelada.
