The flavour

Up front it's balanced salt and a whisper of sweetness. Through the middle you get gentle savoury depth with a lift of oregano. The finish is clean and moreish — nothing shouty, just the kind of seasoning that quietly makes everything taste more like itself.

How to cook with it

• Dust a whole chook inside and out, then roast until the skin crackles
• Season steaks or chops a good hour before they hit a screaming grill
• Toss chunky potatoes or veg in oil and Snow before roasting
• Keep it bench-side as your everyday salt-and-pepper upgrade

A pale, snowy-fine free-flowing blend flecked with green oregano. Fine grind means it clings evenly and dissolves into a crust without clumping.
