The flavour

How to cook with it

• Toss cooked wings in a splash of oil first, then shake the booster on generously so it clings evenly.
• Oven method: coat wings in oil and booster before baking at 200°C for 35-40 minutes, tossing again halfway through.
• Air-fryer method: 20 minutes at 190°C, tossing with a fresh dusting of booster after the first 10 minutes for a stronger crust.
• Left-field use: mix it into softened butter and melt over steamed rice or grilled corn for an instant teriyaki edge.
