Great ribs earn their shine, and this is how you get it. The Rib Glaze is a sticky, glossy finishing glaze built to lacquer a rack in the final stretch of the cook — one generous bottle carries eight to ten racks from good to unforgettable.
The flavour
Sweet and sticky with a savoury backbone and just a whisper of heat. It caramelises into a glossy, tacky coat that clings to ribs and wings without running off.
How to cook with it
- Brush pork ribs in the last 20-30 minutes so it sets into a sticky lacquer.
- Toss wings after cooking for a glossy, moreish finish.
- Glaze pork belly for shine and stick.
- Warm it first so it brushes on thin and even.

We ship across Australia and to New Zealand. Shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $10 AUD, with the option to upgrade to Express at checkout. Orders to New Zealand are calculated by weight and shown at checkout. Orders are processed within 24 hours and typically shipped the next business day.
