The chip salt with a cult following
Some things just belong on hot chips, and chicken salt is chief among them. The Four Saucemen's take is savoury, moreish and dangerously easy to over-apply — the shaker that migrates from the chip bowl to the roast pan to the popcorn and never quite makes it back to the cupboard.
The flavour
Savoury and umami-rich, with roasted, herby, chicken-y depth and a clean salt hit. No heat — just that classic, moreish chicken-salt flavour that makes everything taste like a treat.
How to cook with it
- Dust hot chips and wedges straight from the fryer.
- Season a whole chook before roasting for savoury, golden skin.
- Shake over hot buttered popcorn.
- Sprinkle over fried eggs and hash browns.

We ship across Australia and to New Zealand. Shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $10 AUD, with the option to upgrade to Express at checkout. Orders to New Zealand are calculated by weight and shown at checkout. Orders are processed within 24 hours and typically shipped the next business day.
