This is the glaze that turns a rack of ribs into a talking point. Laced with New Zealand spiced rum, the Spiced Rum Rib Glaze brings warm, boozy sweetness and a sticky lacquer that caramelises into something a little bit special.
The flavour

How to cook with it
- Brush pork ribs in the last 20-30 minutes for a boozy, sticky lacquer.
- Glaze pork belly for shine and caramelised edges.
- Toss wings after cooking for a sweet, spiced finish.
- Warm it before brushing so it goes on thin and even.

We ship across Australia and to New Zealand. Shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $10 AUD, with the option to upgrade to Express at checkout.
