The flavour
Buttery and moreish up front, garlic and savoury umami through the middle, with a gentle rounded finish. No heat and no sharp edges — just deep, comforting flavour that plays nice with everything on the grill.
How to cook with it
- Dust it generously over chicken thighs or marylands before they hit the grill for golden, savoury skin.
- Season a pork roast or chops the night before and let the garlic-butter notes soak in.
- Toss hot chips or roast potatoes in it straight out of the oven for an instant flavour bomb.
