The flavour

Sharp, tangy and bright — the vinegar cuts straight through the richness of the beef the way it cuts through hot chips. Underneath there's the same savoury Victorian grass-fed base and cracked black pepper as the Original, so it never turns into pure sourness. The shake-on powder is the fun part: dust it light for a hint, or empty the sachet and go full salt-and-vinegar chip packet.
