The flavour

Natural sugar hits first with a clean, caramel-leaning sweetness.

How to cook with it

• Coat a pork shoulder before a low and slow cook for a caramelised, sticky bark.

Darryl calls this one the sweet-toothed sibling of the range, and fair enough — natural sugar and sweet paprika do a lot of the talking before the Guajillo chilli quietly reminds you it's still a Feedlot rub.
